I find that other alphas run on the same frequency. An Alpha instinctively knows another alpha from afar and recognize that they don't have to put up any walls. I work in a corporate setting in a building of +500 people. I hang with a handful of alphas and we shit and make fun of betas and females in our building. No need to put up walls when you are with your own kind but we are very different when we all walk away and go back to our desks. No way would we interact the same way we do around each other with the C-suite or clients.
