Possibly relocate. Even 30 miles. You'll be close enough to real friends but far enough away to start nice and fresh. The world is huge don't sweat it. Get the new job (a promotion) and place to live.

I've been in a situation like this, those close group of people will ignore you. You will think irrationally that everyone is talking behind your back.

Step 1. you dont need anyones affirmation. The fact that you said "girls talk behind my back" is just a mental state you have put on yourself.

you are a local celebirty. That means shit. Plenty of other girls out there who dont know you. 2. continue to hone inner spirit. Become a better man. Continue to work out and achieve greatness in life.

seperate yourself from people who no longer talk to you. They were never worth your time
you will meet new people with the same goals as you. Go out to bars, clubs, muay thai gyms, etc etc and surround yourself with people who are a positive influence in your life

Get out of this mindset that every girl knows about you. Accept what has happened, do not lie to yourself. and move on. You have to become a better man (not saying u did anything wrong, only you can honestly anwser that question)

Result: for me personally, after a year i have a solid group of friends who aren't little bitches, who are all "about it". We all make high income, we all work out, we all go out on a friday and saturday. and life is amazing. We travel together.

girls is secondary and they will come.

Don't take this as an endorsement, but Trump is great at demoing this. He meets an accusation against his character head on, just for a moment, dismisses it with amusement, then moves right on to another topic. Watch how he tai chied "grab 'em my the pussy" as "locker room talk" and then never, ever acknowledged it again.
