I hate to be the bad guy here, but this is best to be put on askTrp. A mod can see your post any time and having it removed because it's against the rules is not going to help you in your situation.

Please understand that your uncle has done this to other people, and not just you. Perhaps there's a way to find out if another relative shares your situation? Also, who you talk to about this is the difference between everything blowing up and you getting good help. It sucks because most of the time, that great person doesn't exist. We got parents, relatives, siblings and friends but there's got nobody we can unload our problems onto. It sucks dude, and I totally feel you on that one. It's like you're alone in this world full of people and even though everyone says they care about you, it sure don't feel that way.

And please remember that thinking of yourself as a victim will do you no good. Dude, I had shitty parents that psychologically fucked me up to hospitalization and now both are sick. My mom is doing chemotherapy and my dad has diabetes and married a fat widow that has 5 kids from 3 different fathers. He also lacks empathy and is stupid in general.

So how can these people be the blood of someone and treat them in this manner? The only answer is they are sick. They were abused as kids and repeated the cycle. I know you won't repeat that cycle, but there are other ways to project onto others. Such as being overprotective over your future children and not trusting your siblings around them.

Nothing I tell you will change anything because only you can do it. He might have taken moments of your past, but he sure as hell can't take your future. Feel empathy for yourself, and if you need time to think about this situation, give yourself all that you can stomach.

But let's also keep it real. Learn how to fight. Not just so nobody can fuck with you, but the feeling you can do whatever you want to him will probably get rid of you feeling like a victim around him. Not only should you physically intimidate him, do it mentally as well. Try to get a taped confession out of him, or just threaten to expose him. Maybe you could get a lot of money out of suing him as well (which would definitely be a good reason to tape a confession).

Long story short, he's terrified of your next move, so what are you even a victim for man? You hold his life in your fucking hands. Take it by the reigns and do whatever the fuck you feel like doing. Just make sure it's planned and not reckless.

Edit: saw your comment just as you posted it. Some of what I say is now out of context, but your future is still in your hands so do whatever you want man. Just love yourself and realize justice is being served. Your future belongs to you and your mom is a great woman! Wish you the best.

First off, none of this is your fault. There are broken people in this world and there is nothing you can do about it.

Second, it sounds like you have accepted this and that is a first step in your recovery. It is a long journey of whys and hows. Why would someone do this? How could anyone not see it happening. You cannot change the past, you can only control how you move forward.

Third, Is this man still alive? Is this still a burden you carry or does your family know. You should not have to lug this shit around with you. Something this heavy is better hauled around on the shoulders of those that love you. Sometimes those around you cannot help and the ability to share your feelings secretly can lead you towards recovery. There are many people on this sub and some probably have similar experiences. Hopefully those in a similar situation will reach out to you in a PM format to lend an ear. Those that do us wrong need to be punished if the ability is there. It may suck to air it out, but justice sometimes helps as well.

Stay strong, focus on you, take everything here for what it is worth to your life. Use what you can discard the rest. TRP may be a sexual strategy, but the game of life has cheat codes and they are written in between the lines you find here........

Find a therapist who specializes in adults who had childhood abuse, ASAP. Make sure he's male. If you don't, your personal and professional relationships will suffer because of the damage your uncle has put upon your psyche. The good news is, you can overcome this damage and repair yourself, but it will take dedication and a lot of introspection. Best of luck.
