I went to a bar tonight, and I understand everything now.

From when I was a child, I was taught to respect women. Don't talk to them unless they want to talk to you, back off if they're not expressly interested in you, just make sure their interests are first - because otherwise, you're creepy.

I went to a bar tonight, and I followed those rules. You know what happened?

When I made small-talk to women, they walked away. When I complimented a girl on her nails, a friend of hers acted like they were dating to make me go away. When I asked a girl what her major was, she gave me a fake number to make me go away.

Do you know what happened to the guys who were disrespectful - the guys who invaded women's privacy, and approached them with sexual intent? They all left with women in their arms.

So, honestly, I'm fucking mad. I was taught my entire life to respect women, and then when I go into the dating world, I get nothing for it. Even the women I've talked to online, they've told me I'm super sweet, I make them feel really nice, and whatnot - but the moment I go into the bar world, women act like I'm going to rape them the moment I get the opportunity.

So, yeah, I'm kind of mad, and I don't know how to act on these feelings. Cheers.
