Been lurking TheRedPill and other PUA blogs for sometime. I've had quite a bit of trial and error but finally hit a sweet spot. I'm no pornstar or sex god but I have had quite a bit of success and these are my personal tips to keeping and maintaining FBs.

  • HYGIENE

Really clean yourself before your girl comes over, obviously this goes without saying but I mean body wash, trimmed nails, neat facial hair, deodorant and even a spray of cologne. They will notice this STRAIGHT away. Bad hygiene = cya later.

If shes spending a few hours at your place have some drinks and snacks ready.. get a good movie going and relax. Show her you are fun and not a regular plain boring dickhead who just wants sex.

  • LET HER TALK AND SHUT UP

Keep talking to a minimal, the more you talk the more chance you will say something thats going to fuck it up. Let her talk about herself for abit, pretend you care and then move your attention to the movie and having sex.

  • HAVE GOOD SEX

Something I can't explain but you will figure it out on your own. Make her cum and she will repay the favour. This is the whole reason she is here.

Finally, dont see her more then once a week. You are FBs and thats it.. let her know you are busy even if you aren't, we don't want feelings getting involved. Keep texting to a minimum.
