Perhaps you should make it clear you are not there to help them get laid and they are not there to help you get laid. You do you while they do themselves. Make this shit clear. It's part of being your own leader to make sure others don't affect or intercept your goals. No need to be harsh or hurtful. A simple "don't get involved when I approach women" should suffice. If met with resistance question their ability to pull women on their own.

Most men do this a LOT. They suck with women and make themselves feel better by laughing at men who try. Crabs in a bucket mentality. It's very stifling and counter productive. Very few have the abundance mentality of "there's enough bitches for everyone, let's support each other".

If any guy ever disrespects you in front of women, he's not loyal to you and he's not a wingman. You can't train him, you just don't hunt with him. If he lacks skill, teach him. If he won't or can't learn, ditch him. Most men cannot escape their blue pill mentality.

Good wingmen are few and far between. It's well worth knowing that you sink or swim together. Two girls are probably looking for two guys, but she'll usually stick with her friend first. So if friend is bored you lose your girl - and vice versa.

You need men of similar attractiveness to yourself to avoid horrendously unfair matching. Ideally you want a guy who is worse looking but games better to learn from. It's sickening to do all the work and then have a taller guy get all the attention just because he's taller when you did all the work. Ideally your wingmen should be similar SMV but different to you in "preference" ways, again to avoid direct competition. Eg very different hairstyle or facial look. Hard to make it work if one is a rocker and the other a businessman, you'll get a lot of "how do you guys know each other".

Talking of which, you'll get "how do you guys know each other" a lot, so have your story ready.

Girls will "girl code" each other. You'll know it when you see it. They'll "girl code" each other [eye contact and tiny shake of head, at a time when you're distracted talking to the other] to mean "let's get out of here". If you see it, don't do anything - but it's good to be sharp enough to see it. Equally they'll sometimes disappear to the bathroom together. If they do, let them go and discuss if they're going to fuck you or not. Make sure when they come back you are having fun, ideally talking to some other girls. If you are waiting for her, you look like a loser. Never wait for a woman - talk to other options or have fun instead.

It's worth establishing a code of ethics between you (eg "I opened the group, I own the group, I get first pick and it's not necessarily the girl I'm talking to, it's your job to be a nice interesting beta so that you don't steal my girl").

It also sucks when the other guy is incapable of fucking speaking properly. I step in to give them some talkie talkie to prevent the girl from getting uncomfortable and leaving, and then the girls who I don't even want gravitate towards me rather than the guy I'm helping.

TL;DR Game with guys on a similar level to you, ditch the leeches, lean to spell "leeches" properly.

You need to be more selective. 1-2 reliable wingmen is typically more than enough. The only time more works out better is randomly, i.e. you're out with four other guys and a group of 5 girls walks in. You can't count on that happening.

Also, wings only come along when invited, i.e. when you need someone to take one for the team, for reasons you found out.

You'll have more success rolling solo. BP beta guys do not understand the game. you can be a charming amused asshole and the girl will be eating it up, but the BP guys will think you are blowing your chance by being mean. furthermore, they will see your "failure" as an opportunity to swoop in and rescue the girl (cockblocking you). they will probably think they were successful because the girl let him buy her a drink or something gay like that. but the reality is that you both fail.

Those men are acquaintances only - use them but do not nourish them. A real friend would have a discussion with you to share your knowledge and has shared his knowledge in the past. In the US everyone is 'friends' for having the simple skill of holding a convo longer than 2 minutes with an individual.

I game solo.

I don't like to roll with groups of 3 more unless we have women with us.

The times I do roll with guys they know to give me my distance so I can do my thing. Pussy is a solo mission. I never understood this reliance on "wing men". Yeah it's cool to have but pussy is a solo mission. Does your wing man help you put the condom on and guide your dick in too?

And yeah going out with beta men or even men with a little game but might get jealous is bad. I had a roommate who would cockblock or try to bring me down if I got rejected. This was a man who'd seen me pull women multiple times from cold approach but if I got rejected he would talk shit to me.

A good wing man is a guy who helps you get laid. You'll know when you hang out with him cuz he'll build you up instead of tear you down, he'll give space when needed, he won't compete for the same women, and he'll be a complement to your game. Especially when cracking groups of girls.

Too many dudes. Hang with just 1 solid wingman, and go for simple sets of 2 women. A large group of guys only works if all of the guys are on their A-game, otherwise the weakest link drags down the group.
