You can't win this battle - you either lie and look weak, or tell the truth and she hates you. If she's fat, slim, whatever. Massive shit test.

Best plan seems to be to call her fat and laugh at her while flirting like crazy.... "I wanna grab your fat ass and spread those lardy cheeks" kinda thing. Expect to have to ride out the shitstorm. This works for me, but I'm good at riding out their reactions.

Others may have better ideas.
