Summary I was injured badly playing sport and spent nearly a month in bed and a further month recovering to be able to walk again. Lost all my confidence and frame. Time to rebuild.
Body of Text. As stated in the summary I suffered a pretty bad sporting injury. Consequently I am unable to play sports until i receive surgery and go through rehab. The first 2 months I spent recovering not competing in sport or lifting really took its toll on my frame of mind and confidence. I was still eating food as if i was still lifting and playing sports and subsequently putting on weight and not in the good way.
I need to refocus and subsequently I am considering going MGTOW in order to really focus on my undergraduate degree and I am now able to do upper body lifting so I will also be lifting again. I will be focused on studying and lifting the reason i post this here is I need to type it down somewhere where i can read it over again and be held accountable so that I do not falter again.
If there is any advice on how to stay focused and committed to study and lifting please share
Lesson Learned Frame and confidence can be shattered but how you take the hit and rebuild is what matters.
