It's important to know how to fight in all forms, but vastly more important to know how to maintain frame and diffuse situations tactfully and avoid legal trouble.

Real power comes from your mind. Physical fighting is important to learn, but it comes as the result of a situation where everything else fell through and you have absolutely no choice but to throw down.

There is nothing alpha about being so insecure about your alpha status that you need to fight someone over it.
