I do not understand why people embrace the DGAF attitude.

What I do not understand is why you do not understand the IDGAF attitude. Oh wait. I do. You didn't read enough.

It does not make me a better man or a wiser man to think of women as brainless creatures, devoid of any humanity and unworthy of any possible respect or dignity.

What the fuck have you been reading? Are you sure you were on TRP? At best, you seem to only have vague ideas of RP concepts. Did you read the damn sidebar? Did you read the Top posts of all time? Sure you don't have to remember everything or even internalize all of it as that will take time and that will take sifting, but DAMN. Get the basics. The Rationale Male blogspot was pretty good at taking some basic concepts and explaining them.

I was ready to report as concern troll, but then actually read it and found legitimate concerns, well articulated.

Instead of selecting ideas and opinions based on only their merit, they are more comfortable subscribing to a certain ideology

I see a lot of tribal mentality underlying comments here, and maintain that left/right thinking perpetuates Blue Pill interests and divides more allies than excludes genuine enemies. I think things will calm down a lot now that election season is over.

It looks like you have a bit farther to go, to fully internalize and understand this concept. That said, sometimes writers here do reach interesting levels of irony, like when some of the best/more prolific contributors get into an out-IDGAF-about-this-sub-we-devote-countless-hours-to contest with one another. Men need goals and passions to become fully actualized; IDGAF is nuanced in practice, not a passion itself ffs.

But I witness far too much disrespect directed at the non-RP community and far too much narcissism within the RP community.

Narcissism, and certain disrespect for outsiders are part of the locker room environment and it's not necessary or likely they will ever end. Asking that people argue against actual problems, instead of strawmen or caricatures of "competing" ideologies in the name of integrity is fair dinkum, though.

This post has potential but I feel it has mixed in some blue with the red. It is quite purple.

The reason for the left/right dichotomy is because following logical, rational thought leads to certain conclusions. It's only when you accept bastardized premises do you end up with the mainstream conclusions. Furthermore, others have said it, but males generally desire freedom, whereas females desire access. That this is a male-centric sub our themes focus on freedom. Freedom resonates with the right and classical liberals. Modern liberals are regressive authoritarians. Therefore, you will see most of rp thought to be right leaning. Obviously, there are liberals that subscribe to RP thought but I'm speaking in the broad generalities.

While you are correct, each man should discover his truth (and political beliefs) you will find that certain political beliefs are mutually exclusive to RP Theory. Thus, it would not make logical sense to try to reconcile both... you would end up living with a massive dose of cognitive dissonance.

Next you speak of humility. I agree in general, but our lack of humility towards bloopers is rooted in the fact that these people would actively harm us--financially, socially, even emotionally (we're human remember). Thus, it is very difficult to have any sympathy or respect for a person that would seek to do you harm and furthermore would do this harm out of their own shortcomings: lack of intellect, lack of pragmatism, inability to see truth or injustice. So from that aspect, while your thoughts sound noble they are instead foolish. I look at bloopers like I look at Hillary voters: morally bankrupt and ethically corrupt and intellectually lazy. Fuck 'em.

You say: This is this and that is that, pretending you are the one with knowledge and the others don't. But the funny thing is is that you paint a world that's black and white. Which is ofcourse not true. My concerns are that you are dumb fuck that cause of the ideology you follow, think to be superior over others..
