I am fairly familiar with TRP already and have been reading it for a couple of months, when my ex broke up with me I got a little sad but not depressed and eventually texted her after 4 days saying I wanted her back. It turned out that she literally started dating another guy after she broke up with me (She's on a second guy now as of me writing this) After this and her flaking on me two times when I tried setting a meet up I finally started to try and actually apply TRP principles to my life. Today I just went to a skating rink (Fairly popular as everyone goes there on Fridays at 7 PM) after my friend backed out on coming with me. After a couple of times around the rink I went to sit down and was just swarmed by a group of people, then a guy let's just call Caleb came up to me and asked if I touched my ex (My ex was also at the skating rink at the time) I was a little confused and I said "Yes, when we were still in a relationship" cause I did touch her in some pretty explicit places. Then I got irritated and got up to skate again so I could escape the swarm of people around me, after a couple more times around the rink this other guy came up to me and said the same thing Caleb said. He then shoved me against the side of the rink and I was a little unbalanced, then another group started to form around me as people tried to stop the guy who shoved me from punching me (He did get me once, didn't hurt that much though) Some other friends at the rink had convinced him not to continue trying to punch me so we were good. A while later while I was sitting off to the side and two Billy Betas came up to me asking the same question, I said the same answer I gave to Caleb. They got my ex over from the rink and apparently she claimed I touched her and that I didn't stop when she said to stop (She never said stop at all when I touched her when we were still in a LTR) then they threatened to fight me outside after skating was over. (I didn't find them outside to have the actual fight) They were also trying to pick her up at the same time by trying to get her Snap and Facebook. A little while later into the night and the last of skating was taking place with this thing called snowball, it's when two people (Girl and Guy) go out to skate while holding hands and when the announcer on the intercom says "Snowball" the guy and girl split to go pick another person of the opposite gender off the stands. I held out my hand to one girl and we began to skate, I asked her what her name was (I can't even remember now) and some other questions, then at some point while skating I said "Hey, you seem interesting, we should hang out after this snowball thing is over" After the snowball ended I led her over to the side and we began to take our skates off (Her other friend was with her but I gave her brief and little acknowledgment) After my skates were off I said "Hey, let's hang out some time, here put your number in my phone." I pulled out my phone and got her number, then said I would see her around and went off to get my shoes.

Well that's my first time I've ever approached (kinda) to get a number and surprisingly I wasn't nervous talking to her. Anyways I may post an update about how things go with her and other girls. (I'm gonna try to approach more next Friday)
