Just wanted to share a little story of something that happened to me not too long ago.

I'm a 22 year old male, short but decently built who was recently dating a girl who I honestly had absolutely no connection with. I don't really connect with girls on most levels and it's not out of pretentiousness, I just find a lot of them boring for the most part and have sort of accepted this as time goes on While dating this girl I realised I wasn't really interested in anything long term and only wanted to smash, I was very forward in wanting to be sexual with her. She had a previous boyfriend and was pretty shy meaning she wasn't in any mood to rush into doing anything with me. She'd also hang out with her "guy friends" who were total betas. I would tell her that they aren't really friends and that they would totally fuck her any chance they got but this often led to fights where I was made to be the bad guy and was seen as "overprotective"... This all eventually boiled over in an argument where she said she didn't think we were right for each other. I said fair enough enjoy your life and proceeded to not contact her again.

Two months later of no contact with her she finds an excuse to start up conversation with me and says that she missed me and wondered why I never chased her back. I was always sceptical of the Red Pill and the perspectives that are held on this subreddit but I guess this is my eye opening moment of how far not giving a fuck goes when it comes to women.

Never really read into all this stuff too much but I guess I'll ask, how common is shit like this for people on this sub? Also curious to hear your perspectives on why you think she came back and what leads women to do so? Scientific or from experience I don't mind either way.
