I don't want to water down this sub.

TRP brought me back to Reddit, has otherwise improved my life, and I sincerely want to help it.

Although I did post just one rambling "ohmygodthisopenedmyeyes" thread (I'm planning on linking to more substantive material when I find it), I realize "no single raindrop thinks he is responsible for the flood."

Since then, I've seen a number of comments complaining about the quality of the posts of new subscribers. So, for you seasoned users, what specifically can us recently enlightened folk do not to fuck this thing up for everyone?

I've seen recommendations here and there but no real comprehensive "dos and don'ts" list.

Thanks.
