A little background about myself I'm from a smaller city in the midwest united states. Went to community college for four years and then a four year university for one where most of my classes were online. I currently work in IT even though I'm far from a traditional IT person. I don't play video games or any of the typicall habits you would aspect of a person in my career field. I DJ and produce music as hobby, play rec sports and hit the gym four days a week.

I have been very successful with women and socialize at some of the most exclusive events in my city, which is small just over 100k people. I want to do better. Which brings me back to the title of this post. I have some great friends, who are nice, successful and loyal but lack an alpha attitude and drive. I often find myself in lulls because no one around me wants to shake things up and go big. Most the people with this attitude are women and are the majority of the types I hookup with. Most these women move away fairly soon after I meet them as well.

I thought I would try to reach out to this community to see if you have advice on finding better friends or people to associate with. I am planning on moving to a larger city in the next couple years after I have some more work experience. I would like to make sure I have the skills to put myself into the same social position I am now when I reach a new place. I feel like having Alpha friends is very important in making sure I am the strongest version of myself. Any advice you may have on this topic would be greatly appreciated!
