Perhaps, there is plenty of literature in the sidebar that pertains to dating advice though. And given the whole point of TRP is how predictable people (women) are I find it covers basically ever situation and if it doesn't, they're probably crazy so walk away.

I get that this is really not a big deal at all, and hardly warrants it's own post, but I'm looking for info. Also, it's been well over 24 hours since she has not replied.
tl;dr: Why would she initiate a conversation and not follow up? Just for shits and gigs?
You're not grasping the key lessons: Abundance mentality and keeping your frame.
It doesn't matter why she isn't talking to you, what you need to do is ensure it doesn't bother you and if she isn't interested, so what? Women are only a bonus resulting from your general life improvement plan.
