My hunch:
She slept around with lots of guys and they dumped her (that's how she got to that n-count in the first place). The guys who dumped her also had slept with lots of girls and dumped them as well (that's why they got to that n-count in the first place).
It's basically the same old "men who have lots of sex use women, women who have lots of sex are used by men". Which isn't even wrong, a woman who experiences that on a regular basis is just a dumb bitch because she let that happen.
