That blonde chef demonstrates how not to talk to women. He pedestals and fucks over his brothers for them. He's the ultimate white knight. Going as far as not hitting women even when they try to kill his friends. Funnily enough he has no success with any woman on the show.

There's a really great anime with a lot of RP ideas that might surprise you by the name. I watched it before I read TRP, but I think back on it often over the last week it has the most RP character in any show I can think of. The show is Revolutionary Girl Utena, and the character is Akio.
