There's an abundance of self-proclaimed alphas that aren't actually there yet. There are men who have swallowed the pill, get laid consistently, but they aren't actually alpha yet. Why? Because they only focus on improving their SMV. Getting a better body, more money only for validation from women. But there is a difference in SMV and AV, or actual value. Theres a difference in merely improving your sex appeal and improving yourself as a person. If you really aim for self-improvement, focus on also being a good human as opposed to just a sought after one. I believe a true alpha contributes to his community, is helpful when he wants to be. He embodies characteristics that make him a higher value, not just socially. But mentally as well. New comers shouldn't just focus on improving traits that are attractive to women because you would just end up a product of women, not an Alpha male.
