But you are only focusing on the one aspect of frame control. You need to read the sidebar more. You don't punish her by loosing your cool and showing emotions. You simply deny her your greatest asset....your attention and time. Look up "Soft next". You still maintain frame because your are outcome independant. Think of it like your are a captain of your ship. You cannot loose control or the crew will not respect you. You want to always be in control. Using things like amused mastery. Look that up. For example: When a girl I am dating starts giving me shit or more specifically kinda acting like she is better than me and throwing disrespect. I will simply keep looking at her with my shit eatting grin and then simply turn around and walk away and go amuse myself somewhere else. Whether that be going to talk to other people at the bar or leaving her house. It's a soft next. I will take my attention and put it somewhere else other than her. Now when she is giving me love and talking me up to the group then I will give her some of my attention but not all because I believe my attention is a drug and you always want to give the least amount possible to keep them addicted.

With your questions being like this one, you need to quit posting and start reading more. Go to youtube and pull up RSD. Find the instructor that is close to your personallity and let that shit play while you wear headphone. Its great shit. And Read, Read, Read. I took the pill a year ago and am still learning.

I think that if she is a dog, she is a pit bull, i.e. scary to most people but valuable to most. the complex thing is managing the intimidation quotient while simultaneously benefiting from the sense of self satisfaction that you get from rescuing her and loving something difficult to love and yet, if you were a dog, none of these things were relevant. ultimately it's confusing, but if you have half a brain, you will realize that most categories of the population have really complex criteria for determining that in fact you are a douchebag because you're a pitbull too
