Whenever I hear "race realism", I think of "death realism". We're all going to die. But we don't need to talk about it every minute if there's no point to it. It might be true, but so what? "Haha, over time the damage in your molecules will compound, your organs will deteriorate, and you will breathe your last breath!". True, but mostly not actionable. They don't trump these "facts" of differences in races towards any practical purpose but only to salvage some sense of pride where they've failed in other areas of life.
