Why risk it? Most likely nothing will happen and you will fuck and nothing will come of it. The problem though is the "what ifs" and those are shitty. What if she claims rape? They are going to put you in jail if she does. What if she just claims rape to her friends and ruins you socially? How many white knights are going to come find you and beat your ass? If any of this sounds like it might be worth it to band her then you need a hell of a lot more abundance mentality and you should either game her while she is sober or next her.
