Reading this was nice. It reminded me of when I first started getting into Game and Self improvement in a big way.

Big ups to Starting Strength and dressing up and going to clubs alone / opening 10 girls.

The first time I ever went out by myself dressed nicely, I # closed two girls. One was a starbucks barista and the other was a foreign girl who was disgusted by the way girls acted at bars (her first time in a western bar, she was from rural Eastern Europe) and she never went to another bar again. We stayed great friends. I banged the starbucks barista a couple days later. It was amazing. The cutest little girl. So sweet. Riding me like a mechanical bull. . .

Yeah, this list of dares is probably way behind most of you at this point, but if you're new, you need to take a good hard look at this, and then action it.

The part about shutting the fuck up and stop talking about yourself is really a key point in becoming alpha. Betas talk themselves up. It screams insecurity. If you're good, people will tell you, you don't have to tell them. You just work your ass off on what you're passionate about and if rewards and validation come, it will be secondary and not the goal. Stop trying to convince people how great you are because every time you do you become more insecure and annoying to be around.

In general beta men need to shut the fuck up, period. They talk to much. I know I did (and still do sometimes when I have a blue pill moment). They talk about every decision and all of the thought processes that went into it. They talk about themselves. They talk and talk and leave nothing to the imagination. They don't let others get a word in. They also talk circles around any argument they make trying to please everybody in the conversation instead of making a rational point and sticking to their guns if they believe they are right. They just need to shut up, listen, and only talk when they have: a) something truly interesting and well thought out to say, or b) can entertain and improve the mood of those around them in a genuine way. You want to be the fun, interesting man in the conversation, not the annoying beta who goes on and on about whatever comes into his mind at the moment.
