Before finding this sub, on July 2016 I went on a trip to Europe with my mother. The two of us, staying in various European countries for a month, there were high probabilities of some dangerous/serious/emergency situation happening. I was 15 years old at the time.

It did. In a hotel in Barcelona, my mom slipped when coming out of the shower (there was no floor towel) and hit her head against the corner of a marble handwasher. I heard it, plus she cried for help inmediately, so I opened the bathroom door and saw my half naked mother laying on the floor covered with blood. Quickly checked if she was conscious (she wasn't, poured cold water on her face to wake her up), made her sit straight so blood concentated less in her head.

I inmediately ran one floor down to the reception (I was wearing only underwear) for ice, they had none, so I had to run to the nearest bar and ask for it. It took no more than 60 seconds and I was back with my mom, put the ice and a towel on the wound to stop any inmediate bleeding and posible damage and was calling the ambulance.

10 minutes and she was in a hospital.

Always be practical and think fast, save time. For example, I could have told the hotel receptionist to call for an ambulance while I went for ice.

Thing is, I could have freaked out because of the blood, seeing her half naked (which I never saw before), running down the street in underwear; but no. Keep a strong, calm and cold mindset in extreme situations. It's not for your life only, but sometimes the life of those around you.

The way you overanalyse your own actions so much and think in such a stressful, self-indulgent way, are probably very visible to women and holding you back. Meditate if you don't already, and try to understand that chilling out (in terms of your temperament, doesn't mean stop lifting/working) is healthy and attractive.

I saved a kid's life over the summer when he got cut on his thigh from a knife. Blood everywhere. Took total command of the situation, and of the 20 other people there. Bandaged that dumbass' wound right there after cutting off his clothes. Ambulance took him away and bye bye. And guess what? I was a 10/10 beta with girls at the time.

You should have ignored her illness/shit test, changed the subject, then turned up the dread game, maybe start making out with another chick while shes laying on the bathroom ground. Finally, you should have soft nexted her and left her in the bathroom for a week or two. When you finally came back to her she would be moist as fuck.
