Careers are important but don't identify with your job. Come back in ten years and tell me you're not burned out. Climbing the ladder has a tremendous consequences on your health and relationships. Tread carefully or you'll end up fat and married to some wildebeest.

Trust me, no one who goes into i banking actually stay in it. Ill make an exit into venture capital or an emerging markets hedgefund and have a good work-life balance. Just have to put in your 2-3 years as a slave first.
