One of the most vile aspects of modern feminism is how insistent they are that sex is empowering. No, it isn't. They are playing into the hands of all the young horny dudes who just want to fuck. What's so empowering about that? Do they think guys are going to say "wow, Sarah slept with eight guys this week. She's so empowered!"
A women doesn't have to put in any effort to find a man that will fuck her. It doesn't make her find purpose and it makes her unappealing for future partners. It isn't feminine.
I agree with you. I'm not necessarily a believer of the no sex before marriage thing but I am a believer of people being classy and putting a bit more thought into sex. It's sad that when someone says something innocent like "I wish some women weren't so promiscuous" they get jumped on and yelled at.

To add, you have a very confused view of communism, this is all a product of Western progressivism. I know people who lived in Eastern bloc nations, my close relatives being some of them. Their views today would be viewed as very conservative at best. Communism maintained a standard of discipline and common directive, it was an organizational theory and only that. Despite it's lacks as an economic structure, it led to some of the best education systems, with many engineers moving here after the collapse.

Where does all this stuff that you’ve heard about – the victim feminism, the gay rights movement, the invented statistics, the rewritten history, the lies, the demands, all the rest of it – where does it come from? For the first time in our history, Americans have to be fearful of what they say, of what they write, and of what they think.
They have to be afraid of using the wrong word, a word denounced as offensive or insensitive, or racist, sexist, or homophobic.

One of Marcuse’s books was the key book. It virtually became the bible of the SDS and the student rebels of the 60s.
That book was Eros and Civilization. Marcuse argues that under a capitalistic order (he downplays the Marxism very strongly here, it is subtitled, A Philosophical Inquiry into Freud, but the framework is Marxist), repression is the essence of that order and that gives us the person Freud describes – the person with all the hang-ups, the neuroses, because his sexual instincts are repressed. We can envision a future, if we can only destroy this existing oppressive order, in which we liberate eros, we liberate libido, in which we have a world of “polymorphous perversity,” in which you can “do you own thing.” And by the way, in that world there will no longer be work, only play.
What a wonderful message for the radicals of the mid-60s! They’re students, they’re baby-boomers, and they’ve grown up never having to worry about anything except eventually having to get a job.
And here is a guy writing in a way they can easily follow. He doesn’t require them to read a lot of heavy Marxism and tells them everything they want to hear which is essentially, “Do your own thing,” “If it feels good do it,” and “You never have to go to work.” By the way, Marcuse is also the man who creates the phrase, “Make love, not war.”
Coming back to the situation people face on campus, Marcuse defines “liberating tolerance” as intolerance for anything coming from the Right and tolerance for anything coming from the Left.
Marcuse joined the Frankfurt School, in 1932 (if I remember right). So, all of this goes back to the 1930s.

The F stood for Fascist - and the test was meant to help identify how racism develops in people.
this helped to contribute to the idea that american people("whites") had many fascist harmful traits.
And now we see the the word "racist" "fascist" "sexist" commonly used by feminists and lefts to attack any "american values".

Young people reacting to a militarist era. Progressivism should have ended along with Vietnam.
n 1933 the Nazis came to power in Germany, and not surprisingly they shut down the Institute for Social Research. And its members fled. They fled to New York City, and the Institute was reestablished there in 1933 with help from Columbia University. And the members of the Institute, gradually through the 1930s, though many of them remained writing in German, shift their focus from Critical Theory about German society, destructive criticism about every aspect of that society, to Critical Theory directed toward American society. There is another very important transition when the war comes.
Some of them go to work for the government, including Herbert Marcuse, who became a key figure in the OSS (the predecessor to the CIA), and some, including Horkheimer and Adorno, move to Hollywood.
These origins of Political Correctness would probably not mean too much to us today except for two subsequent events.
The first was the student rebellion in the mid-1960s, which was driven largely by resistance to the draft and the Vietnam War. But the student rebels needed theory of some sort.
They couldn’t just get out there and say, “Hell no we won’t go,” they had to have some theoretical explanation behind it. Very few of them were interested in wading through Das Kapital.
Classical, economic Marxism is not light, and most of the radicals of the 60s were not deep. Fortunately for them, and unfortunately for our country today, and not just in the university, Herbert Marcuse remained in America when the Frankfurt School relocated back to Frankfurt after the war.
By the way, Marcuse is also the man who creates the phrase, “Make love, not war.”

Conflict theory strives to explain social facts in terms of different groups competing for control of resources, or advantages.
This process occurs on macro levels, such as class groups, and tries to explain stability and change in terms of the conflict between these macro level structures. Two central premises to this theory are that privileged groups are working to maintain their privileges, while the disadvantaged are constantly trying to attain more. Karl Marx is regarded as the father of conflict theory, and the idea of human society. Communism is the modern day incarnation of Marx ideal human society. Central to the ideas of conflict theory are that by eliminating privilege, the overall welfare of the society can be increased.
That is, a true equality among members of a society. Through class consciousness, Marx believed that the workers would eventually recognize they were being exploited, and put an end to privilege.

Who cares about any of this. Yeah women can follow there true nature now big deal it's always been that way given the right circumstances. Unless you plan on getting married to one of these chicks in the future, this all works in our favor. When cultures let the dualistic mating strategy of women flourish, men have a kind of freedom we never once had. casual relationships are easier than ever, embrace it. You seem to be caught up on believing traditional marriage is required for everyone to be happy. Yes, for functioning societies the nuclear family has proven to be stable, but one man does not throw society out of whack. She will be the one to crave children and there's gonna be a guy out there that'll settle.

A book titled "The Naked Communist" was published in 1958, which outlined Communist goals of the Communist Party to take over America. Primary goals were to take over key positions in education, the media and government from which they could start to mold public opinion to favor Socialism. Here are some of the numbered goals printed on pages 259-262.
American culture norms are very different then several decades ago. Many things which were totally unacceptable as sinful and now accepted as common place. Not only is homosexuality now seen as acceptable in America, it is now mandated by the U.S. Supreme Court in all 50 states as of 6/26/2015.

Girls enjoy sex too; I don't feel "used" when i have sex because I am getting as much pleasure out of it as the guy that i'm with (hopefully) and I personally don't see the harm in having sex as long as it's consensual. We have birth control and STD testing and other methods of preventing the spread of STD's so most of the risk factors that used to make this a much bigger deal are simply no longer as big of a factor.
I do understand that many men really want their potential spouse to be 'pure' but from a female perspective this also means "naive" and "inexperienced". sex is most certainly not the only criteria that matter in choosing a long term partner but it is one of them and sex is the glue that keeps a relationship alive.
when a man has sex with lots of different girls he most certainly compares how well they perform against the others he has been with so i really don't see why that's evil or 'unfair' if the female does the same thing.
Personally i don't see any problem with the article from the newspaper. that doesn't mean i agree with it. It doesn't sound like "slut shaming" to me - he is allowed to have a preference for "innocent women" but the women are also allowed to have preferences as well.
and regarding "cheating" - that is a very different thing - having sex with others while in a relationship where fidelity is expected is a betrayal of trust and clearly wrong; i absolutely agree with being faithful within a committed relationship. previous sexual encounters doesn't alter that; i imagine that being 'innocent' when i got married might even make it more likely that i'd want to cheat because i'd always be wondering if it's really greener on the other side of the fence.

It is Marxism translated from economic into cultural terms.

The totalitarian nature of Political Correctness is revealed nowhere more clearly than on college campuses, many of which at this point are small ivy covered North Koreas, where the student or faculty member who dares to cross any of the lines set up by the gender feminist or the homosexual-rights activists, or the local black or Hispanic group, or any of the other sainted “victims” groups that PC revolves around, quickly find themselves in judicial trouble.
Within the small legal system of the college, they face formal charges – some star-chamber proceeding – and punishment.
That is a little look into the future that Political Correctness intends for the nation as a whole.

the Frankfurt School essentially does is draw on both Marx and Freud in the 1930s to create this theory called Critical Theory. The term is ingenious because you’re tempted to ask, “What is the theory?” The theory is to criticize.
The theory is that the way to bring down Western culture and the capitalist order is not to lay down an alternative.
What Critical Theory is about is simply criticizing. It calls for the most destructive criticism possible, in every possible way, designed to bring the current order down. And, of course, when we hear from the feminists that the whole of society is just out to get women and so on, that kind of criticism is a derivative of Critical Theory. It is all coming from the 1930s, not the 1960s.
Theodore Adorno, and, most importantly, Erich Fromm and Herbert Marcuse. Fromm and Marcuse introduce an element which is central to Political Correctness, and that’s the sexual element.
And particularly Marcuse, who in his own writings calls for a society of “polymorphous perversity,” that is his definition of the future of the world that they want to create.
Marcuse in particular by the 1930s is writing some very extreme stuff on the need for sexual liberation, but this runs through the whole Institute. So do most of the themes we see in Political Correctness, again in the early 30s. In Fromm’s view, masculinity and femininity were not reflections of ‘essential’ sexual differences, as the Romantics had thought. They were derived instead from differences in life functions, which were in part socially determined.” Sex is a construct; sexual differences are a construct.
Thus we have sex is a social construct. PUSHED by intellectuals and established media.

The Naked Communist...goals are stated. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use ["]united force["] to solve economic, political or social problems.
Indeed, all ideologies are totalitarian because the essence of an ideology (I would note that conservatism correctly understood is not an ideology) is to take some philosophy and say on the basis of this philosophy certain things must be true – such as the whole of the history of our culture is the history of the oppression of women. Since reality contradicts that, reality must be forbidden.
It must become forbidden to acknowledge the reality of our history. People must be forced to live a lie, and since people are naturally reluctant to live a lie, they naturally use their ears and eyes to look out and say, “Wait a minute. This isn’t true.
I can see it isn’t true,” the power of the state must be put behind the demand to live a lie. That is why ideology invariably creates a totalitarian state.
