TL;DR -Love is quantifiable and predictable
-You can't really love someone while fearing losing them
-Truest love can't exist in a sexual relationship
-Respect is a more sincere form of love because it's an equal understanding
Throughout this there are many times that the term “love” will be used interchangeably with the word “attraction”
Rule 1: Everything can be qualified and quantified, including love. If it cannot be measured, it does not exist (This may or may not extend to a belief in a God depending on whether you are religious, agnostic, or atheist). The idea that love just “happens” should already be recognizable as a hamster spinning the wheel to everyone indoctrinated into TRP. “I love you for you” is also an extension of this hamster. A woman doesn't simply “love” you. She admires and respects traits that you have. An image and idea that you represent. This means that anyone will do as long as they give her the right amount and the right combination of feels. Understanding we can also delve further into understanding the why's of feminine thought.
Because love is quantifiable and each woman's preference in her alpha are different, different combinations of a man's qualities are considered. Some women will care that a man is rich, has a good physique, and is emotionally intelligent in that order. Whereas another will value a man's physique, emotional intelligence, and wealth in that order. Of course there are many more qualities and combinations but the idea remains the same. Two equally alpha men with differences in her preferred traits may not have an equal chance of attaining her “love”.
Rule 2: True love cannot exist with fear. Love and fear are two opposite emotions in terms of what they represent to us. Love is a positive taxis, an emotion that drives us towards a stimulus. Fear is a negative taxis that drives us away from a stimulus. Often times, the fear of loneliness is confused for love by women. When a girl breaks up with her beta bitch boyfriend, she'll cry. This is not necessarily because she “loved” him as she says. It is because she is afraid of being alone, not having someone to talk to, not having someone to validate her. The reality is: anyone could've done that role. It's been said several times here that men are the greatest romantics between the genders. The truth is the only way to be a real romantic lies in possessing an alpha trait: being needless. If you have no fear of her being out of your life, why do you keep her around?
That attraction that makes you choose her even though you can fuck more girls, prettier girls, intelligent girls who can hold better conversations, is love. She has a tacit understanding of this which is why she competes for your love. For the relationship to stably exist, you must have love that comes with a lack of fear of losing her. Her “love” must always have some level of fear of losing you. If it does not, hypergamy will dictate her behavior and she will cheat on you. Though on the flipside, if she has a fear of losing you and still decides to behave under the law of hypergamy, she will make a greater effort to hide her cheating ways.
Rule 3: The truest love cannot exist in a relationship. If you define love as that feeling that two people have for each other that pulls them together, then it cannot exist in a relationship. If it does, it cannot be identified for the following reason. In a relationship a woman trades a man sex with her for his commitment. This is a transaction. What if neither party could offer sex or commitment. At least from the woman's point of view she would automatically want to categorize him as her beta orbiter, which in reality isn't even friendship. It's the parasitic use of his time, attention, and/or resources. This stems from her lack of respect for the man.
Love is best explained by categorizing the relationship, which can be explained in three ways:
The love one has for their superior: attraction and admiration
The love one has for their subordinate: care and nurture
The love one has for their equal: respect
When meeting a girl for the first time she may be attracted to you by looks but even in a small way she must admire you to a degree for the interaction to work. “He's charming”, “he's funny”, “he's interesting”, etc.. But as the relationship progresses admiration must be the dominate force and attraction will follow. Even kids have to possess this love for their parents. The moment they stop admiring you, you won't be able to control their behavior. ( And if you believe in the Oedipus/Electra complex, is easy to see from this information that admiration also leads to the attraction that kids have for their parents). The reason that this love is less genuine than the others is that it relies on one party needing the other. The question of “what if the relationship was no longer beneficial?” will always exist.
I would explain care and nurture, but I think it's already self explanatory
Finally, respect is a different type of love. It doesn't require any gain on the part of either party. It does not require any sacrifice to made or any pre-requiste to exist. You know a guy who likes video games as much as you? He uses the same characters you use? You guys have a mutual interest in something and no one truly requires the other one? That's called respect. Essentially, it's equal or near equal admiration. The parties exist in this relationship for equal benefit. With this kind of dynamic and no fear of loss, one can experience a truer bond than any other because no side needs the other. The experience is authentic.
Sidenote: I've been on TRP for 3 months now & lurked for 6 weeks prior to that. I found this place by accident online (I'd never even been on reddit) and I've been happier ever since. I grew up around too many females and betas, so I never really had that alpha training that guys get from their fathers and uncles in their youth. When I would start to realize TRP truths, from successes I had with girls, my friends who were more beta than me wouldn't be able to relate and in some cases they'd try to shame me for beliefs. The dissonance with my environment and my inability to really explain and define these things I saw was terrible and always had me second guessing my beliefs. When I first came here, I came because these were the ideas I needed to hear. I felt validated knowing that there were others that believed these concepts like hypergamy, AWALT, and Shrodingers Slut, who were not afraid to admit it. More importantly they could explain it much better than I could due to my political correctness training. After a few months here I really don't need this community, but I choose to stay because I like the way you all think and I like the fact that there is a group empowering guys better ourselves and not be defined by the golden uterus. And for many people who've taken the pill, who are still here, I think you might share this thought with me too. It's just cool to be around people who think like you. So to everyone who who contributes with post, comment, or even an upvote, thank you.
And this is my first reddit post. My bad if it's kinda jumbled and a little incoherent.
