Tldr: Look at a girl and ignore attraction. Act like you're a judge and list her traits that interest you. If you can do this without letting your dick distract you you're on the right track.

Body: Woman should be judged. You're going to have to look past how you are being perceived and just start making an impromptu list as you pass random woman. I make it a game of sorts by seeing just how unique I can be with my descriptions. You'll learn about what you find attractive and this will soon outweigh that anxiety or worry. Now I know some of you have no issues with female interaction and this post isn't going to be too much more helpful but for others this is a great tool for getting over approach stress.

Example: I saw a 6.5 wearing a shirt that made a statement but I didn't get to read all of it because it was partially blocked. But who cares because I saw enough to realize she was feeling cocky and/or needy this morning when she put it on, and so I noticed. She saw me clearly reading her shirt like it was the elephant in the room, and immediately looked down and pressed her lips. Summary: Call the girls bluff and see where the chips land. She could retreat, while others will keep eye contact for which I read as interest and reciprocate a smile. I lost a lot of respect for that girl with a simple 5-sec walkby. But I don't have to have respect for a woman in trying to fuck.

Lessons learned: Put the pussy on a daily pedestal and bang that gavel. Judge her into oblivion on any and all detail. Be someone who brings a little nuance to the old question ass, legs, or tits guy?
