Chick I like and been wham bamming for a couple of months tells me a bit about her other partners. (I honestly don't care about monogamy, and she knows about my other partners as well) I find out she's all butt hurt from them not wanting her. She knows I like her. asks my advice on what she should do. I tell her stand up for herself and don't take their shit. a couple of days later I realize I'm almost in her predicament, with her. [I told her] "I figure you have your hands full with [x] and [y]. I don't feel like being set off to the side until neither one wants you. I legitimately like you but won't lower myself to be a second (or third) place medal. If you want to give us a try I'm open, otherwise figure out what you want and go for it." If she comes back I'll be watching for any signs of her not being interested. If she doesn't, I side stepped issues. Anyways, just looking for feedback/critique of my handling of the situation.
