Like one guy said, she could be verbalizing a desire to leave you / fuck around. Or, she could be asking you in a round about way to put in more effort in bed. It depends. But a likely giveaway would be, for example, if you guilt trip her when she's not in the mood.

Let her know that her feelings about her feelings about her descicions are hers to deal with. Notice she didn't blame you for her feelings, but blamed her actions. That's better than her blaming you for her feelings about what she does.

Also that doesn't sound like dread game, it just sounds like she might be having duty sex with you.
