No. Thats why I talked about frame. You are not evading the question. You signal her that you are not talking to her mind, you are talking to her body. It is like reminding her that this interaction is physical and not mental.
Also ignoring shittests is part of the sidebar.

Many years ago, I had this older German girlfriend.
One day, I was getting ready to head out for a while, and I noticed that she seemed to be winding herself up to explode into a rage about something.
I walked over and kissed her on the forehead, and saw her completely deflate. She later remarked how smart that was.
Its a bit like your touching thing - treat shit tests like a display of insecurity, and reassure her everything is ok.

You can't get away with avoid talking all the time
You can if your frame is strong enough. Communication then happens with the body and especially eyecontact.
