Wow this guy is in way deep. He thinks this chick is some kind of godly angel from heaven just because of his one-itis.

It just depends how much you can say to this guy and how much he listens to it without turning on you. If he's your actual best friend you might as well risk your relationship now instead of getting backstabbed when he proves to be disloyal later.

If he's really close and he can take some actual brother advice, tell him to get fucking real, and look at her actions. She doesn't respect him. Why would he think they could have a working relationship if she treats her "friends" like shit? This girl is a total skank and she's way up on that pedestal up to the point where she is "the holy virgin"? He needs to realize that that girl isn't denying other people, she's solely denying him. She's teasing him and giving him false signals, just for her own entertainment.

If he's not a close friend you might as well just ditch him, he sounds like a complete tool to be honest, if you want a charity project go help real people in need, not some guy who's trying to get laid

The best thing you could do would be bang the shit out of her, take photos and show them to him. You would, of course, lose him as a friend, but it is the only thing that might cure his one-itis. He'll scream that you "took" his girl, but really all you did was show him what she was.

Short of that, your best move is to tell him, "Look, I'm going to tell you this ONCE: this girl told you 'What if someone new that she likes comes in? I don't want to be stuck with you', which is a shitty thing to say and shows you that she doesn't value you or respect you. You can either man up and move on, or you can sit around like a good Beta Bitch Boy, desperately hoping she comes around (she won't) while she fucks guys who aren't you, and you give up on the women who would fuck you. The pain of rejection and failure must fill him and almost break him if he is to be free. Meaningful transformations do not come peacefully. He must come to a Red pill epiphany on his own. He will have uncertainties about the lies he was told all his life and have ideas he can't put to words. We live in a world were questioning the dogma of feminism is seen as heresy and this censorship removes the vocabulary he needs to let the ideas take form. The way most of us got to the Red Pill was through small steps. We started lifting then started reading lifting forums. then from there we find slightly redpill sympathetic spaces. like fallowing a trail of breadcrumbs we find our way to the source of forbidden knowledge and because we found it bit by bit we come to it when we are ready. If you are to help your friend get him to 1) lift. 2) read 3) find a meaningful hobby. these things will start him on the joruney.
