Hey guys. I've been lurking here for about six months now. TRP has helped me a lot but I still have a lot to learn, but I'd like to thank you guys for a couple of things and share a little bit of my story.

I'm an okay looking dude. About 2 years ago I managed to pull a HB8. Long story short we went out for 1.5 years, she became my oneitis, and about 6 months ago she dumped my beta bitch ass. That's when I found TRP. For a while I was having trouble getting over it, but then I found TRP and realized I was being a beta bitch with a serious case of oneitis and I used some of the things I've learned on here (still have a lot to learn, but I've been making progress) to motivae myself to go to the gym and I started to pull some decent looking girls. Not great, I'm striving for better, but I've managed to get my start somewhere and begin to build my abundance and keep away from another oneitis.

This is the more important part. I have somewhat serious anxiety. This led me to beta bitch tendencies in my relationship (insecurity among other things), and it really hurts my game now that I'm single. Increased heart rate, trembling voice in social situations, and performance anxiety/ED (I'm a horny fucker I can get it up for foreplay but right before I put it in the first couple times I get with a new girl I just go soft, Viagra helps but isn't a silver bullet), have all made it a lot harder for me to implement the Red Pill. I know a lot of you will say to that "oh just think of yourself as a savage and you'll get your dick up" or "approach more girls and eventually you'll get get over your social anxiety." Honestly unless you've experienced it you wont understand that its complex than that.

Anyhow, getting to my point. Before I found TRP, I accepted the symptoms of anxiety that I had, doing nothing about them and continuing my existence as a beta bitch with little hope of progress. However, TRP and my frustrations in pursuing TRP principles (many of my pursuits have been foiled by trembling voice, ED, etc; hard to be an alpha male when you always sound nervous and can't get your dick up when the time comes), encouraged me to get help. Today I took the first step and went to see my doctor about my anxiety.

I'm not using my anxiety as an excuse or a crutch, I still try to push through and implement TRP principles. However, I think at a point if it is serious enough anxiety puts a seriously low ceiling on the progress you can make pursuing the principles on the subreddit.

I think some people on here try to act big (side effect of the principles that we strive towards), and that this makes them too prideful to get help when they need it and too vein to suggest others get help when needed. While physical health is preached here, I think mental health is an important part of TPR that flys way below the radar. I think it is necessary to have both your body and your mind in order in order to be able to effectively pursue TRP principles.

So we will see how my treatment goes. I'd love to post an update for you guys in a few months. But the main thing I want people to take away from this is that if you need it GET HELP. Pursuing these principles is not easy, its harder if anxiety is putting an artificial low ceiling on your potential in becoming an alpha male. I really am looking forward to being able to pursue TRP principles more effectively during and following the treatment of my anxiety.

Thanks for listening.
