This is a tough one to swallow but all you can do is ghost her , entirely cut off all contact and move on with your life and your mission.

You have already lost frame with her, she therefore already knows you're weak and so fundamentally cannot be attracted to you. This is almost impossible to change. Just like you can't be attracted to a woman you find unattractive no matter how you spin it in your head.

Abundance mentality dictates that there's a wealth of women and opportunities out there for you and getting oneitis for one girl is always a bad road that will lead to you being unfulfilled and miserable.

Hey there mate, I had been in a similar situation with a girl i had oneitis with and was also an orbiter. I had the exact same feeling more or less. I guess for my situation I wanted to hatefuck her because I was angry because she was a manipulative cunt so to say and typical AF/BB scenario. Depression is no joke, when I was depressed humorously she was the one who helped me out of depression but got me depressed again until I broke that cycle by myself and also with the help of TRP. She was like a sister to me and at the time she was the only person who I felt "loved" with. Words to live by, it is just your turn she is not yours enjoy it while you can now move on. Trust yourself to know what to do no one here can help you, but you period. (Just incase you cant be trusted with yourself, No move one mate xD and I wish you the best)

Gonna confirm the comments here, its hard to wrap your head around when your in feelings. Sound like the way you started off your relationship was on the right track, but she may not have been fully comfortable with the idea of being used for sex, let her go there. Recently broke up myself, she's already seeing a guy from her work for drink a week after so im not telling you to move on from a position of unknowing, shit sucks balls. Start talking to new girls, get back in the field and get moving, nothing will stall your progress like mulling over a failed past relationship, learn from it and move on. good luck
