I don't understand the previous posters. The opening of this article is shit. I rarely use an insult but this is like one of those jack off instruction videos cuckolds watch.

The rest of the article has some insight for the person who hasn't read either of the books you have recommended which you basically paraphrase details from.

Four of your points could easily of just been "Go read the portion of 4hww that says cultivate a low information diet".

Additionally only being able to get work done in a state of "hard focus" is just your story man. The zone is as an afterthought and you are doing nothing but mentioning the zone in a different way.

Your entire article is ill do it myself with someone elses meta.

I can recognize that because I was there at one point and it hurts to see. Go get something actually done then write about it. Don't just be excited because other people who do awesome shit exist around you.

I hope to like an article you write someday.
