As I have developed over my journey as a Red Pill man, I have come to realise many guys in here and blue men in particular, do not feel not valued by society. Their subconscious mind -rightly- sees them as a social outcast, or low value. Before you think hamster that you are a stronk lone wolf who need no society, let me shot that down. A lone wolf is not an outcast, a lone wolf sigma male would be someone who is valued by social circle, yet chooses to roll solo most of the time anyway (though I would argue he still has and maintains good social relations). Outcast, as in cast out; has no choice to be single.
I think this is a biologically healthy need to a degree. It needs not to be rejected, it needs to be satisfied. Despite their appearance, Narcissistic Personality Disorder people are actually lacking in this area, because this need is not satisfied for them. Please keep in mind, the personality disorder is not the same as sole narcissism. Narcissism loves himself/herself. Narcissistic Personality Disordered People, hates themselves, feels shame for themselves and maybe pities themselves. They are a bitch to validation. Or maybe their need has become colossal, so they always seek it and are never satisfied in the long run.
This has been key to my Frame, my outcome independence and unphaseness after rejections. It will sound obvious perhaps, but it is hard to feel bad to be rejected; when there are some other girls are checking you out, even if they are less attractive. Maybe it's because I'm on the rise, so I know I am not there yet; but I know am getting closer to it. --This and knowing that there are always external factors with people, not every bad social interaction is my fault.
Similarly, when you are respected well enough as a man in a social circle, you don't see yourself as a lower value thrash. But you will never feel that way if you see society as some entity who is out to solely exploit you or are against you. The reality for the beta male might as well be this way, but attractive men or men of worth carry a value within themselves. This can be seen by both men and women alike. It's not really something you need to manage with effort. You still have some burden of performance for attraction, and people obviously still can see you in a way to gain benefit from you; as this is a necessary component of man's package. However, the value you can offer can be effortless things like your advice, your attention etc. In this case, it is not exploitation of you, but merely benefitting from you; in which case you are happy to provide sometimes. Because I think it is in man's nature (or human's nature?) to enjoy providing value to someone else. The more powerful you are, the more altruistic you can be, as long as you do it sparingly so people will not take everything for granted but instead they will feel appreciation as such acts will not be commonplace. Don't do it like Vin Diesel for example, claiming a 5/10 interviewee is the most gracious being on earth.
There is no shortcut to this I can tell you. I think as your value progresses, as you lift, dress better, speak better, have a posture better, walk better, maintain eye contact better, become more mentally healthy, become less psychologically ill you feel the reality changing around you. There are external variations of course, but the general tone of your story will get better as you progress. I know there are people in the anger phase, some are even stuck in that. I had stood my fair share of time there too, and not only once. I know how it feels. It usually involves massive amount shame felt for the past life experiences. It feels like you were duped, played for a fool and laughed at behind your back. Those things are true of course, but know that it does not have to continue. Society is not a specific enemy that needs to be overcome, rejected, defied. They are just a bunch of people just like you. They feel pressure to conform to social norms, they feel fear, a certain dose of toxic shame. A great deal of them are clueless about life. If it be an enemy, it'd be a very pathetic enemy for sure. Society restricts itself with it's own stupid rules. The individuals of society actually cherish at the sight of a man who has balls to do something actually nice that happens to be against the social norms. Talking to strangers is somehow seen as bothering the other person for no good cause, yet a lot of people I spoke to randomly on the street had gotten into a lighter mood. I know you might have created this fucked up narrative of "me vs humanity". Let me tell you what: Society is not after your head. The general society is in a pathetic state who can't even think of you much, unless you give them a good reason for it.
Of course, the more value you have; the better the interaction with people will be. But is this really a bitter pill to swallow? It should be a motivation for you to work-out. A very large majority of a man's value can be increased through work, and not only hard work. Dresses are fairly easy to fix. Are there some genetic factors? Of course. Height is genetic. Dick size is genetic. Other than that? Not much I can think of. Even those are bad genetically, you still have no excuse to not get better. You might have excuses for me. But you have no excuses to yourself.
