It really makes you think, when and how did this all get so complicated? That's a rhetorical question, but it really does puzzle me.

It's not that hard, men need to be emotionally stable leaders, and women need to be attractive followers. The 21st century has warped such notions to be 'outdated' but only because this sentiment helps sate the insecure men and the ugly women. But if you strive for these things, you will succeed in finding a healthy, compatible mate.

The mating process has never been a difficult one and people had no trouble maintaining monogamous relationships or finding a partner to lay with, at the least, for thousands of years, because the criteria was simple and straight forward. Now we have a bigger population yet millions of people struggling and stamping their feet at how insanely difficult it is to find a mate.

We have made it this hard. It didn't use to be difficult, we are to blame for the state of the sexual marketplace. Yet no one asks why? No one asks why divorce rate is higher than ever in history. Why more men are killing themselves. Why the very idea of an unbroken family is a rarity. Is it worth supposedly 'transcending' our gender roles if this is the result? The complete breakdown of the family unit?
