The problem with a lot of us new guys is that we live in a theoretical/mind world.. where we constantly think and learn about new concepts. However a lot of us stop right there.. and keep it in our heads. Do you guys honestly think you'll be able to apply a belief just because it's in your head?

What you all need to do is breath that belief in and out. You need to visualize yourself acting out that belief so you actually KNOW what it looks and feels like. So when you come to the situation, you'll have the procedural memory of what to DO. This is all about doing, not knowing. You can know.. but you'll leave yourself to errors when you try to improvise what that belief asks you to do. Stop thinking all the damn time.. thinking should only be used for logic, not emotion (such as alpha body language/style etc).. You can't think yourself how to play tennis.. Either do that actual damn thing and get experience OR visualize yourself DOING it (your brain treats that nearly like the real deal).
