TL ; DR : Part of killing the Beta is realizing women are not your mother.
I think part of killing the Beta in you is to realize that your mother is not to be found in other women. That is, that you have to erase the built-in reaction that causes you to take a woman's complains seriously. I found myself in more than one occasion feeling guilty of something I had not even done. The bitch cries and all of a sudden you are responsible for a crime you did not commit. And you feel bad, you cannot help it. It is like a woman's tears and tantrums make facts appear out of thin air rising armies of SJW and WK along the way.
Now we all know that women posess innate machiavellianism. What prompts me to write this post is that I think we have a natural propensity to buy into a woman's emotionally-wrapped bullshit. Why is that ? My theory is that this is a form of behavioral neoteny. Much like as a child you are programmed to be receptive to your mother's educational scoldings, you naturally lend an ear to a woman's grievances and you react to it because you are like the child-you would have been when being taught a lesson by your mother. You freeze up and listen as she explains shit to you. If she is dissatisfied, angry etc you subconciously admit you have done wrong, even though this is not true. And she has won.
I think you have to internalize that your mother is your mother and that she is not to be found in any other woman. Moreover, you have grown past your mother's « wisdom » around 15, maybe even before. Past that age there is nothing she can teach you. No woman can teach you something know. You do not have to listen to them. Once you have carved this in your brains you can remain impervious to the bitch's tear games and see bitches for what they are : hapless children always playing emotional tricks on you. Their tears and sobbing are just ploys, there is no authenticity to them. Treat them as irrelevant female noise, pretty much like everyting they say anyway.
