It's all great. The information. The Motivation. The Guides. The Framework. The Brotherhood.
It's what makes me enjoy and appreciate TRP. But, TRP should be just that. A pill. That you take once in a while when you need it.
Just like when you cycle creatine and you're on a loading period. When you first start, you take your 10g a few times a day. Then, when you're good to go - you go ahead and cycle at 5grams once a day. Then you take 1 - 2 weeks off after 3 weeks of serious lifting.
The bad starts to out weigh the good when you start to use TRP as a crutch. Once you've got a general idea and absorbed what you've needed to, get off and start applying.
It's easy to get an overload of information on here. Take what you need in broad terms and go apply them in the field.
Don't use this as an excuse to avoid going out to the field or the gym because you're "studying".
There is usually a very simple answer to the excuses others give us, but even an easier one for those we tell ourselves.
Don't go to the gym, then sign up.
Don't have money, get a job.
Can't find a job, look harder.
Still can't find a job, you're not looking hard enough.
Can't get laid, stay in set.
Can't stay in set, stay in set.
Don't let staying here hold you back from what truly going to make you the best you.
We've given you the resources and the information you need. Now go apply it.
