All online and open communities deal with this, good moderation and a more aware userbase is needed to maintain trp.

Set it to where you have to be subbed 6 months to a year to post. This should make it so that you must swallow the pill and learn from red pillers to post. I know I shouldn't be making any posts yet. Just make sure to leave asktrp for the day one users... Make it questions only.

I'm not sure that's the right approach. It's better to fuck up and know why you fucked up than spend 6 months making the same mistakes.

As long as people are open to constructive criticism when they post, there shouldn't be any problems. For example, you don't go to university and just learn by reading - you have exams, assignments, assessments; people with more knowledge and experience tell you where you fucked up and how to improve.

Sure, it can suck having to read some posts, but that's not a negative. It means there are a lot of people who want to improve themselves and are actively thinking about/doing it enough to want to post about their thoughts/experiences.

Except school typically isn't anonymous, you pay for it, and you know the people giving feedback are qualified. This 6 month shit makes sure you only hear from qualified people. And I am not talking about replies, just initial posts.
