Appeal to the chicks, apparently.

A tattooed, bad-boy rocker in Norway thought he could get out of being elected to town council by sticking up posters saying "Don't vote for me, please"

He should have been more RP aware. What he didn't realize was that sticking up a picture of:

  • a badass-looking, tattooed guy

  • holding a cat,

  • and showing total outcome-independence by telling people not to vote for him

probably made every female in the town cream her panties, and vote for him.

But hey, representative democracy. And the guy might make a good council member because he doesn't give a rat's ass about political BS.

He has defiinitely shown all you aspiring politicians the way to get into office, though.
