One of the most difficult things about walking down the red pill path is that eventually you have to face yourself. There are parts of the theory that resonate and are easy to build into your life, and there are parts that may resonate, but are more difficult to execute. We are a generation built on the premise of instant gratification. Information, entertainment, sexual stimulation (porn) all are available at the push of a button.

One of the easier tenets of the red pill is going to the gym. In the beginning, the gym is a difficult thing to add to one’s life, but over time, it becomes engrained in you. You see the gains. You see the evolution from whatever body you started with into one that is becoming more muscular and masculine by the session. Once you cross that line, one realizes that there is no reason to ever stop eating right and lifting. The masculine impulse takes over, there is no turning back. Weakness is not an option from a primal point of view.

Game and sexual strategy is another pillar. Beta weakness has led many men to this community, and I’d say most of us are grateful for the wealth of support and adjustment of mindset that perusing this place brings. While game can be dissected and practiced, the sex that it yields can only give us so much. Conditioned to believe in the fairy tale, to believe in happily ever after, the reality (at least to me) leaves an emptiness behind that possibly will never be filled. You take the pill, you see reality, for better and worse.

As one continues to put one’s life together, raising their SMV to achieve whatever they are after, another hurdle presents itself. This time, it’s one of solitude. We are born alone, we die alone. We spend our lives searching for connection, but connection is fleeting. Found a woman? Hopefully she’ll stay by your side if that’s what you want, but always know that it’s possibly just your turn. You want to succeed? No one will hold your hand, those hours of focus and hard work are up to you, alone.

This community gives us so much, but at the end of the day, there is no magic pill. Dig deep and fight for what you want, because this is your chance, your only chance. Embrace all of yourself, because that’s all you have. Be strong.
