Well, that depends on what YOU want to accomplish in YOUR life.
Nobody will be able to tell you what is good for you, and you shouldn't be relying on a bunch of internet strangers, redpillers or not, for validation and proper goals.
Take some time to think about it and write down who the fuck YOU wanna be when you die. You never know your final form until you die.

I just wanted some general ideas, but you're right about the more specific stuff that I should think of them for myself. Thanks

Always have a backup. Specializing can earn lots of money, but in hard times may not earn anything if you cant find work. As you specialize in something, during a slow time, learn laterally. Something different that you can fall on. I work in IT, and I just got certified as a welder for structural plate. I also pushed myself to my limit as I got 9 hours of sleep for that whole week, working 2nd and 3rd shifts (8 and 12 hrs respectively) and still making it to my welding class.

All life is change. Living is to change from one state to another, continuously. If you do not change, are static, you are already dead.

May I also add that, even when a tree is incredibly old, it will go through a period of retrenchment and look to optimize itself to its overall deteriorating condition. It never stops trying to push on and put itself in the best possible situation it can be in, even in spite of horrific environmental conditions.
Perhaps the most fundamental thing about trees that can relate to a man's mindset is the concept of the axiom of uniform stress. In a healthy specimen, stress will be spread evenly throughout the tree so to remove the potential of acute stress build-up and subsequent mechanical failure. Man must do the same but mentally - look to adapt to stressful or challenging influences and come out the other side in an optimum position.
On an absolute aside, if anyone is genuinely interested in the mechanics and growth of a tree, look up Claus Mattheck.

Most trees are hermaphroditic, so I don't think this a particularly good analogy just on that one point alone......

Trees don't even get their dick wet. They just cum in the air and hope it lands on the vagina. Bro I don't even want to be a tree
