Honestly, I believe this type of abstraction isn't helpful it can be used as a pick me up but only within the current context of your level of psychological understanding of your goal.

In short, it's fluff , feel good none sense, Why not learn the rules of the game and how the world works and exploit it to your greatest interests.

The sidebar and the red pill is mainly about getting pussy , is this your life mission, hell that's up to you, but learning about the intricacies of social interaction and where you stand as a man is very helpful
