Lol you got cuckold, I don’t buy this whole we had to “break up because of reasons outside our control” she saw Chad aka ‘R’ dude, saw how fucking alpha he is and wanted to fuck him and you went along with it, you even showed her your hand by telling her how much it would hurt you if she slept with him(beta asf). All in all you lost, she won, just next her and save yourself further pain.

Shes not your girlfriend, stop caring so damn much and move on. My ex fiance would bring my version of R over and have him spend the night. She lived in the next building. I had to get over it and move on. She wasn't my problem or concern. Put your heart back in your chest and get on with your life. The sooner you do that, the better. She doesn't care about you no matter what she says, get on with your life. Hang with friends, meet some new people, date girls, work on your studies/hobbies and don't wreck yourself over this.

I’m going through a similar situation right now, we broke up, both still wanted eachother in our lives but it was too much for me to just be friends, so I decided to man up and move on with my life. Bounce back and find something new, there’s plenty out there. Someone I look up to told me, YOU are the prize, THEY are the ones missing out. Focus on building your self for a while
