When Yes means NO:
Sexual misconduct is an increasingly dangerous grey area that men, especially those who express masculinity in a traditional sense, should be wary of. I chose to write this post because of the third person I know from school and work who is sitting in a concrete box for a year. And the others, a total of 14 years between the two of them…14 fucking years of life, fucked to shit, because they didn’t know what is in this post. In reading this, I hope to increase my and your knowledge and understanding of sexual harassment, assault, and rape – what the fuck it means, how it can be avoided, why many men are being falsely accused of these crimes. I also hope that this will guide you to be more self-aware so you can stay a step ahead, make smart decisions, and enjoy sexual freedom without the fear of catching a charge and going to jail. I should point out now that this post will not appeal to assholes. If you think being an asshole is what gets you laid, don’t even read this. I don’t want to be an asshole, because assholes are the ones who get their lives ruined by women.
Understanding the law
You can be charged for a sexual offense under both federal and state law. There are varying degrees of sexual assault and I recommend looking at this website and searching up your state.. Sexual harassment is kind of like speeding, if you do it in a school zone you are going to get twice the punishment. Your workplace is like school, you have no leverage in your workplace, so do not game in your workplace. Avoiding sexual harassment outside of the workplace is easy: just don’t be a total asshole. This quote from the EEOC website states that “the law doesn’t prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or isolated incidents that are not very serious, harassment is illegal when it is so frequent or severe that it creates a hostile or offensive work environment”. Okay, that harassment. Sexual assault is a little more black and white since it involves actual physical interaction, which means evidence. This doesn’t mean that sexual assault can’t be fabricated just as easily as harassment. Take this cunt for example who framed rape on 15 men to get attention from her girlfriend. source. Human beings are too complicated. We can’t determine someone’s intentions, but we do know that people lie to get attention, they lie because they feel shitty about themselves, they lie because they need to feel the burn of revenge, even if it’s so far removed from the person who offended them. If a girl has sex, and she regrets it, you are responsible for making her feel like shit. According to most millennials and the majority of those younger, you raped her and you are guilty. Don’t let yourself become a victim to this bullshit, boys. Develop a rock-solid frame.
The law isn’t in your favor
The shitty thing about accusations is that they ruin your reputation. Getting charged with anything would be a nightmare, but if you follow these guidelines then you will be resilient enough to survive. To society you are guilty until proven innocent, therefore you need to maximize your awareness to avoid catching a charge. The great thing about having awareness is that it eliminates irrational fear. You may not know what a woman is thinking when she decides to report a sexual offense, but if your actions were legal then you cannot be punished. If you plan on her a fat bitch, wait until you aren’t co-workers anymore. If you plan on putting hands on her, have some type of evidence that she consented (a text works), or make sure to get the text immediately after sex. Use condoms (or just cum on her face!) but don’t leave too much evidence behind. We live in the information age and if you haven’t figured it out yet – ignorance is not taken lightly, it’s not an excuse. So, if you choose to be an asshole and do whatever you want, then good luck, don’t drop the soap.
We Like Sex
The reason we hone our masculine sexual nature is because we like sex. Nobody can or will deny us that fact. We use tools like TRP to get what we want, which includes quantity and quality sex. The biggest issue men have with getting sex is that they are afraid to escalate, and in certain situations this hesitation is warranted. Is she underage? Is she sober? Is she mentally stable? These are all questions that must have a clear answer before you lay a finger on this girl. The good news is that if you can answer these questions with confidence, then you are in the clear to escalate without fear of incrimination. Learn to have sex sober. And save the drunk/high sex for a plate that you are confident is comfortable with it. Don’t have sex with anxious, depressed, or panicky girls. Abstain if that’s what it takes, because you don’t need sex as much as you need your freedom to self-actualize. Finally, if you are really on a poon-hunt, remember, you can laugh off rejection, but you can’t laugh off a criminal investigation so don’t force it in.

tl;dr: Don't force it
