One problem:

  • Divorce Rape

...a woman can come here, marry you, get the Green Card, then after the "standard" five year marriage waiting period divorce rape you and take everything.

The laws are still the laws.

However, if you never marry them and they never get the Green Card you might have some pretty good dread game.

Yes, they can divorce-rape you, but

(a) You don't have to marry them. There are so many poor women in the world that you can have a virtually endless supply of them.

(b) I don't see why women from foreign countries would be any more likely to divorce rape you than a local woman.

(c) If you can live with them in their home country where divorce laws are more favorable or where they have fewer other options, then chances of divorce rape may be lower.

Hypergamy is defined upon your sexual market value. Your fuckability.

Your socioeconomic status is only one factor in your SMV. It's not the most important one[1].

If your plan is to be a beta provider, socioeconomic superiority is an advantage in the context of hypergamy.

If you don't want to be a beta provider, hypergamy is not advantageous or disadvantageous. It just is.

Being perceived as a beta provider can draw women to you. If a man is seen as rich he'll get more women than if he's seen as poor- usually that is, some poor men do get lots of women as well. If an attractive woman has sex with me I don't really care why she does it. I'm just trying to get my rocks off.

Also money and status are more important than looks for men. That's why some ugly old rich men bang more hot chicks than some 18 year old pretty boy aspiring actors who work at the coffee shop do. Looks are very important for women, but they're not as important for men, except maybe gay men.
