Intro:

I swallowed The Pill almost one year ago, thus far I have made an immense amount of progress. I would not even recognize myself a year ago. This is going to be my first post, talking about building yourself up and diminishing returns.

Body:

Everyone on here started their journey of Red Pill self-improvement in different spots, some started from the lowliest Beta-male, some started from an average Blue Pill man and even some started after or near when they were considered to be an Alpha male.

The most important part about this is you need to be honest about your situation in life and build from fundamentals. You need to sit down and be like "This is what I am, no more no less, this is what I want to be. Build up from there, and start with the basics, once you have mastered the basics, then go onto the next level. A lot of people want instant gratification and just want to jump right into the more advanced aspects of subjects they are learning, then you see them skip the basics and they keep on failing at it.

For those of you who have been lifting for a long time, you will probably understand this one; Diminishing returns. What I mean by diminishing returns is that as you improve yourself, it will become more difficult to get to the next level. Think of yourself as a tower, at the beginning lighter giant bricks in the form of the fundamentals, as you keep building yourself up, the bricks become heavier and smaller. You will have to work more to get less, but all of those little bits add up. Making yourself from a 4-8 could be done in less than a year, making yourself a 8-10 could take 5.

Summary:

  • Start from the basics
  • Be honest with yourself
  • Work hard
