I suspect she lies about her age because she knows Russian women age worse than other women.

Also, pretty sure this is a scam account, she says 30 in the profile but 41 in the BIO. Actual people also do this to get around the search filters, but in this case she actually looks 30 in the photos and she wouldn't bother putting a higher age in her bio.
