Most of our feelings of loneliness come from women's and society's shaming tactics, and our inherent belief in unicorns/NAWALTS.
Single men of marrying age have always been portrayed as either homosexuals or defective in some way. There's nothing new about this and it mostly persists covertly in Western societies but it's openly stated in other societies.

Evolution has made men adapt to exploiting the environment, and made women adapt to exploiting the group.

Men are hard wired to thrive in personal solitude and personal pursuits, however they're also hard wired to co-operate with others, sometimes to their personal detriment, in a shared goal because evolution sees them as a disposable resource. Their needs and safety come second to the needs and safety of the group.

On the other hand, women are hard wired to interact in social groups, hence their verbal communication and mental manipulation strengths. They tend to be poorer in co-operation skills because, as a' breeder, their personal needs and goals biologically trump all else.

It's unnatural for a man and a woman to be isolated in a single dwelling. In "Men On Strike", Helen Smith describes men's attempt at solitude with the mass migration of married men in Western societies to their "Garages, basements and attics" as escapes from their wive's "company". They're still shamed for this because women will never understand that men don't need social interaction they way they do because there's nothing more miserable and bitter than a lonely woman. The thought of social isolation terrifies women.

Your loneliness will be in proportion to your belief in unicorns NAWALTS and belief in society shaming tactics. The moment you realise no lifelong unicorns/NAWALTS exist (it's just a mating phase) you'll stop hugging your pillow and you'll start appreciating the extraordinary gift of solitude.

I believe it is better that they keep their standards high when they hit the wall, that way, they don't end up making some guy they felt they "settled" for miserable because women are never thankful for long for any man that 'saved' them from single-hood, in fact they are going to resent him and make him 'pay' for all the Chads and Tyrones she failed to score commitment from.

Sometimes I wanna post this old HS friend of mine but I won’t.

She’s overweight, liberal and has a kid with the dad in prison and out of the picture. Normal job but not outstanding income. She’s face cute but not hot in any way. Thick and overweight but she does have it in the right places so her overall ‘shape’ has curves and isn’t terrible. Basic midwestern single mom body and life.

She thinks she’s gonna land a tall dark and handsome upper 5 to six figure income dude with tats and a muscle car and all the shit she likes but doesn’t realize she’s fuckin WAY out of her league setting her standards so high. She’s fuckable I guess if you like thick chicks but what she wants is completely out of reach and unrealistic.

If you can't be comfortable with yourself, you've got some problems.

I like doing things I want, on my own. I still socialize, but its on my terms. When things just get too stupid/exhausting I bow out and do my own thing.

I don't get how people become these pining whiners when there isn't anyone else in the room. Don't they have hobbies? Any kind of interests?

Ladies today have no standards they have entitlement issues. A few men respect themselves not to put up with their bullshit demands. Naturally they alone and convince themselves and others that they alone because they have standards.
